He loves the feeling of making the impossible possible, turning unattainable challenges into new revenue opportunities, and following on with outstanding delivery until insights are delivered and relationships are strengthened.
In his present role, Sebastian is on a mission to disrupt the old rules of qualitative fieldwork using technology. But prior to that, he was responsible for providing textured understandings of consumer audiences to decision makers at leading North American brands, including 11 of the Fortune 500.
